Thanks for your reply. She spent nearly 2 years on Skilled Worker dependent visa before switching to Partner visa. I am hoping the current rule changes and those 2 year also gets counted.

I have applied for Naturalization and hopefully will become a British national soon. My wife is currently on a partner visa. When can she apply for ILR?

But my Visa was switched to ILR. She could still continue Skilled woker dependent?

My wife has come to UK as Tier 2 Dependent in September 2021. I got my ILR in February 2023. My wife switched to Spouse visa in August 2023. Will she be able to apply for ILR in October 2026 or will she need the spouse visa to be 5 years old? TIA.
