The fact that you get ILR is irrelevant. There is no need for her to switch to the family route at all as her dependant status can continue without any issues as your ILR will be granted as a skilled worker. She can remain under the dependant route without as explained until she completes the 5 ...

There is no impact. She stays under her dependant visa and can even extend her visa, until eligible for ILR Hi, Thanks for your reply.
