I wrote the whole detailed story from when I moved the first time (the summary of which can be found on top) on a cover letter and send them literally everything I could find related to the UK for the periods I didn't have another evidence like employer letter, p60, university papers etc ...
Hello, just came back here to say that in the end I trusted my gut feeling and I applied on May 29. I added all my available paperwork and I was accepted this Monday during bank holiday!! exactly 3 months. Now I wait for the council email to book my ceremony!
