Question regarding Items of correspondence

Hello, Please help Regarding of items of correspondence. Do i just need to provide the first page of a letter, or do i need to submit every page of the letter. For example i am going to submit a Pensions letter, do i submit page one of the letter only (that's dated with my name on etc) or do i ...
