I am checking with them all the time but the HO didn't requested anything from me and my sponsor so far. Also, my sponsor recently contacted them and they said to them the same. In that case the only thing you can do is keep waiting for a response. I understand it is very frustrating but nobody ...

Have you checked whether your sponsor sent the information requested back in April? You also can try contacting the local MP as advised above. The exceptionally complex issues can be anything, UKVI don't specify what the issue is in their communications. Also important to keep permanent ...
