The council has confirmed, it's not a mistake on their part, they have what they need from HO.

Still can't believe it and trying not to believe it.

Gosh, I was hoping for people here to deflate my expectations because, in the end, I won't know until I know from the Home Office. Thanks for your input, I'll still try to keep a level head until that e-mail comes.

She is declaring that, we are just not sure that the bill actually ha both people's name. We'll ask about that or for a statement from the council.
