Email or letter? What time did you receive it?
Invitation is always sent via email . No physical letters

There is no such thing called the appropriate time of the year.

Currently the DOJ is processing hte applications submitted in June 2024 . keeping that in mind, they will pick up the new applications with a gap of 4 to 5 months.

AS this is Christmas period, pls expect the certificates in Jan (2nd week or 3rd week).

you have to wait until you receive the Certificate physically to know the cert number

just to conclude on this thread.. My wife had submitted another application in the INIS portal last friday requesting for eVetting to be kick started by Garda. That application has now gone to completed state . She has just received an email stating that Garda will contact her in the coming days ...

Yes there was. They rejected it because the postal address wasn't formatted in the way they wanted. please fill your address and county on the address lines in order from 1-5. As a result of gap between the address lines your vetting application has been deemed ineligible. The way I read this is ...

i will keep trying. it allows me some time. if it allows me to log in , i will get stuck while submitting the evetting application as the Passport upload is failing with error. tried from 2 laptops and mobile phone. nothing is working.
