Is there any quote of this in the official documentation to just cross-verify? Or are you absolutely sure about your statement?

Its very unlikely that FLRs will be impacted by the new regulations and its quite obvious that FLR's shouldn't be impacted at all as there is just no genuine reason. If this is the case, a good percentage of working population will be thrown out of the country..There's nothing to wait until April ...

Tier One will be the most affected when it comes into effect on Apr 2011 as they clearly say candidates with job offers will be given priority, meaning Tier Two and Tier One FLR are unlikely to be impacted. But a section of the news also says ILR applications will also be impacted in order to comply ...

BAD NEWS - CAP ON MIGRATION

Government 'faces immigration cap dilemma' By Wesley Johnson, PA Thursday, 18 November 2010[/size] The Government faces an "unpalatable choice" between an immigration policy that will damage the economy or the possibility of failing to fulfil a key promise, a think-tank said today. Hello, Here is the big question - I am an Indian passport holder and currently residing in UK for the past 1.5 months on Tier One Visa. I already have my H1 application approved. Re: Feb 2009 Job search experience and tips

Hi, I have been a silent viewer of this forum for quite some time now. So have decided to contribute a bit. Try to be positive always :) Not necessarily that fake recruiters always ask silly questions. There are multiple instances where they do not give a call because all they wanted is collect as ...

My personal point of view worth 2 pence... Applying for a project management role with no UK industrial experience is definitely a BIG NO, leave alone the recession, unless there is a striking identity in his/her own profile. In UK & Australia, there are less technical consultants and more managers ...

Ok..I understand this was discussed multiple times before. Also I didn't submit any justifications in terms of an ...

Hi Jack_p, I think you should declare it as a traffic offence and state that you were fined $150 which you have paid and case wasn't charged to court. Its better to declare any minor offence than for the CW to find out later if you dont declare it. It means you have made a false claim which ...
