Try calling their helpline. The bank holiday weekend may have slowed down the mail.

They received my documents on the 2nd of May. But they keep telling me they have not been scanned yet. I will try calling them, maybe they will be more helpful.

What name did you use when you applied? Name at birth doesn't matter if you changed it (eg via marriage).

I used my married name on my application. It's the same name on my current passport and main name on the naturalisation certificate.
