Just one last question some one also suggested that i do not get my mother's name removed instead inform the visa officer through the cover letter that my mother held account jointly with me however, she will not withdraw any amount from this account ...

So the best way to go about it is to remove my mother's name from the account, and then after three months i apply for EC. please correct me if i am wrong.

I am maintaining the required funds in a bank account, however this account is jointly held by me, my wife and my mother. Would that cause a problem.

If yes then please provide a solution to this. I have already received my HSMP approval.
