Have just found out that the High Commission in Pretoria say that they made a clerical error in withdrawing the original refusal. Surely if they notified us of the fact that they had withdrawn the refusal and would now issue the visa they would indeed be forced or obliged to issue said visa.
And we only found out that they had changed their decision yet again when we contacted them to find out if my daughter could go to the High Commission with her passport to collect the visa. They had not informed her, the consultant we are using or ourselves of their change of heart. Needless to say ...
