it is clearly mentioned that they don't consider Pakistan as a comparable labor market so you can't claim points for that

The changes in paragraphs 7 to 9 shall take effect on 6 April 2009.
The other changes shall take effect on 31 March 2009.
so does anyone not having a masters has time till 6th or is it only till 1st april :(
