Re: Is there any way to delay the biometric registration?

Thanks guys. Unfortunately, postponing the trip is not an option as the tickets are non-refundable, so if the payment is not taken a week before she leaves, we'll instruct the bank to prevent the payment form being taken.

Thanks

Is there any way to delay the biometric registration?

Hi All, My partner just applied for naturalisation and, just this morning, she realised that the biometric registration letter will probably arrive between 2 and 3 weeks from now. She is going abroad in 3 weeks for 2 months to India to visit her family and do a course. There's a big chance that the ...

Re: Rejected citizenship application - EEA route

Hi Slough Boy and thanks for your answer! I did supply proof of exercising treaty rights (both for my wife and myself). I sent all the documents that would be required for EEA4, but for 6 years rather than 5. I also applied through the City Council Register Office to ensure that all the information ...

Rejected citizenship application - EEA route

Hi All, I recently applied for the citizenship and the application got rejected because I had my EEA4 stamp for less than one year, even though I've been in the UK and married with an EEA national for more than 6 years. Before applying I called the Home Office twice and they confirmed that this was ...

Re: ESOL B1 English test question

I think the answer for that is no. I've done the IELTS before, taken the GMAT, half of my university degree was in English and I've been working in the IT industry in London for 6 years... And I literally just booked an IELTS test for the naturalisation process. Unfortunately the qualification is ...

EEA4-When can I apply, or should I apply for naturalisation?

Hi All, I've been reading posts about when can I apply in the forum but I still cannot fully understand when can I apply for an EEA4 in my situation, or if I should skip the EEA4 and apply for naturalisation 3/2008 - Moved to the UK with my Dutch (at that time) girlfriend. I had a WP at that time ...

Hi Everyone! I've sent my EEA2 application almost 6 months ago and I'm getting ready to complain, but I wonder when should I send the complain letter, 6 months after sending the application letter or 6 months after receiving the COA? I would appreciate if someone can answer this. Thanks a lot ...

EEA2 - Employment Section

Hi Everyone, I'm preparing my application for the EEA2 (I'm Argentinian and my wife is Dutch) and I have a question about the Employment Section. Both my wife and I work, my wife has 2 part time jobs and she's starting her own company, and I'm working full time. The question is that what should we ...
