Thanks for your reply and everyone involved in this thread.

Regarding the status of my wife, she is a Non-EU, on a dependent visa (Stamp 3), and had never worked in Ireland since she arrived in July , 2004. Can she still apply for residency?

Illness Benefit

Hi,
I had claimed Illness Benefit in 2006 and in early 2009, for one week in each instance. Does this effect my immigration files ( LTR and Naturalisation ). I had always been employed since I am here in ireland.
