Can I visit UK on Tier 1 and work for Short assignement?

Folks help me.

I was in London till Feb 2010 on Tier 1 before taking up an offer in India. Now I have to come to London for a 3 months assignement and then I will come back to India? Can I do this? If yes, then how often I can do this?

Thanks. That is a relief. Any logically Home office has given visa to work and not to study and get a masters.

I will try and see if their site mentions it too.

Is Masters Degree Required for Extension

Hi Folks,

I got the Tier 1 general in March 2009 on my Bachelors Degree. I am working in UK and wondering when I would go for extension sometime before MArch 2012, should I be having a Master's degree then.

Where will I get a Master's degree now?

Please advice is that is the case.

I had applied with ADP payslips, as how I got it in the post. As a matter of fcat some where missing and printed out from their website. Needless to say they must have verified with ADP and they took 16 weeks to process my appication for approval.

Guys,

I had one bank credit which was a combined salary and my moving expenses from US to UK. But i provided the employer letter stating my salary for that month but gave no other explanantion. And needless to say they accepted that.
