Hi Guys, I need to understand what is the start date for the calculation of 5 year period. I landed in UK on the evening of 9th September 2005. Home office has still not implemented the judgement, you will have to wait till such time. They have I think 42 days from the date of judgment to implement it.

HSMP forum has written to UKBA for the implementaion of the judgment and in that letter they have asked them not to ask for tests from the people who came to UK on HSMP before April 2006. Home office will be preparing a Policy document and implement the judgment. I believe they have 42 days from the ...
