I entered on 90th day and applied 28 days before my visa expiry.I think you are absolutely fine in terms of 90 days rule. I am confused as to what the window of when I can apply is. My wife is out of Uk for almost 3 months though not continuous absence.

Is she eligible for ILR with respective to absences in UK.

Are People coming on TIER2(General) in the current year are still eligible for ILR? I thought ILR thru work permit and TIER2 routes are closed.
