yes, you will never see your GNIB card again - Irish citizen does not need one.

I presume her daughter is under 18 yo.
Check Form9 - she must be present in state (Ireland) for 3 years before applying.

NO, there is no such thing. He has to apply for Irish visa (D-type) at his country of residence.

Also, I have noted that the Dept gives quicker decision if they are aware that a student is being prejudicied - having to pay higher fees, because of the delay. so I would recommend you send them a letter explaining this, and enclosing a copy of your college's account for fees, and I think this ...

ICT Stamp 4 require one to be an employee.
yes, you can get a second job, even as self employed/contractor, but only in IT.

yes, only if you get a workpermit for that.
on practice, only revenue will be chasing you to get taxes.
your (second) employer may get into trouble employing you without a workpermit.

someone from Russian forum got through INIS help line today:
his (docs were sent at the end of October) and another 200 certs were printed and sent to Dublin for signature .

should be posted to us before end of January.

and we have to make a short urgent trip to London. edit: just realized you were talking about return flight ... Hi Tiggs, <cut/> I also found that on return flight non-EU queue (the one called 'ALL PASSPORTS) goes much faster as there are very few non-EU passengers on flights within EU. Good luck!

you certainly may go to any college (provided you have enough money)
... when enrolled , visit your nearest GNIB and get your stamp 2 .

8k per year - looks like EU fees already.
you wan't get any lower than that,
even if your son gets an Irish passport while at college - fee paying status can not be changed.
