I would reckon, going back home and filling a fresh application for Dependants, as things would take really long here, while going back home would be a welcome change for you. give it a thought mate.

Hi Cheryl, Thank you very much for all your support and concern. By sheer stroke of luck. I have received the letter from the HO today, and my passport has been sent to have my visa endorsed. The whole process has stretched over the last 6 months. God willing Ill get it back soon Cheers again ...

hello mate! not to worry you should be getting it soon. i got my appeal determination on 5th may and i got my call letter on 20th of this month. so dont get nervous. Mate,

my appeal was awarded on 19th May 2009. still waiting for the letter. on calling up customer services, all they do is ask me to be patient. the big question is; how long?

Still waiting for the letter from the HO to have my visa en.

The decision was awarded in my favor by the AIT on the 19th May 2009. Still waiting for a letter from the HO to have my visa endorsed. Any body else facing the same problem?
