You are right! But it has changed since March when I first started working on it. At that point, the copy of Appendix A I had said "and". I'm very glad it's changed now!
But it is the one they link to, isn't it? I had saved a version of Appendix A and it just says "and." This is truly confusing. I wonder which one is correct.
