Does the waiting time depend on the type of application eg., single or joint(husband and wife), etc.

Called them today to enquire about the application, but got a reply back stating that the average time is 6 months!!!!

H1 VISA-MASTERS AND NO DEGREE

Hi,

Is it possible to procure a H1 with my Masters (had managed to get a place due to my experience) and around 10 years of experience in IT, but no degree(couldnt complete it due to personal reasons).

Thanks for that.

I take it that we would need to only send our passports and Knowledge of life certificates,as the passports have all the relevant stamps confirming our residency from the last 5 years and also the 1 year free from immigration restrictions as well.
