But what if some one Arrived in the UK legally and then got was served with IS151 AND IS96.. No appeal was made against this but a new claim was lodged which was refused and then that refusal was challenged and the appeal was allowed in the court. During all this new claim and appeal process IS96 ...

Very confusing.. One person says that Temporary stay after IS96 been sereved was legal and the other one says its legal.. Can anyone shed some further light on this issue Please?

Does time spend after IS96 been served and reporting restriction imposed class as legal stay? Reporting restriction was only lifted after appeal was allowed.. IS96 was served along with IS151A..

#Amber I will be applying for ILR based on 6 years DLR (Article 8). What do you reckon? Should I try to get the LIUK and B1 done at this stage or should I try to do it before I apply for the naturalisation?
