She also said that the ceremony can go ahead on Monday without the approval letter from the HO but that she cannot give me the certificate until I produce the approval ...

i just called HO and they said letter has been posted today however they are not sure if they used my special delivery envelope or their own method of sending it. Does any one know how much time does it take once it is dispatched.
