thank Djb, for advise, do you know how long one has to wait before threre are called up if, they need to clearify any thing, some said 2-3 days and am worried coss some one thid board said there heard nothing and still got a negative result from them pls help my on this.

here is what happened my wife is a british and we are register together here in an eu country but she does not work here but in the uk,so when i apply(EEA -FP) this was the reason they say" the your wife has not execised her treaty right in the eu nation where i live permanently for that reason it ...

i did make a wrong application, and was refused now i know the right visa to apply to ,my questions are should i still appeal or drop the appeal and just apply for the right visa? any suggestion is very welcome.

was turn down on my application been that i used the EEA family permit, i legally married to a British and i am planning to live permanently with my wife in UK . on the ground that she dont execise the treaty right in my eu state where i live before returning to the UK. so apprently is not the EEA ...
