Thanks, my daughter was naturalised approx 27 years ago, sorry I do not know under what section of the act. She lived permanaently in the UK until 3 years ago (age 28) ....

She has all the docs with her but will be chatting later if more details would clarify the situation

My daughter was naturalised British (born in Spain to British mother, Spanish father, naturalised GB after abduction threats) she has just given birth to a baby boy in Greece to an Albanian father and would like him to have a British passport if possible....anyone know how she should go about this?
