If someone has gotten an HMRC penalty due to carelessness in filling in the tax return (in other words, filling in tax return wrong), how will this affect the naturalisation application? Furthermore, should the applicant mention the penalty in form ...

URGENT: Employer letter required for HSMP JR ILR?

Hi, It appears I won't get an original version of employer's letter on time. Is it okay to submit a printed electronic copy of a PDF employer's letter instead? I requested one from my employer's HR department which is in a different city, and printed copy isnt arriving in the post on time. All I ...

But the monthly self employment income is not fixed...it is variable. Whereas the permanent employed income is fixed.

So how can i add the variable self employed income to the fixed monthly salary that is required in form SET O?

Employed AND self employed: Form SET (O) - ILR question

Hi, Suppose someone is both employed and self employed. But the major income is through employed (as employee, doing a permanent job). 1. If we get a lesser amount through self employment such as consultancy, should we add that too in Form Set O? Or is the employee (main) salary enough? 2. If both ...

ILR - HSMP JR - how many years of documents needed?

Hi,

I am wondering how many years of documentation do we need to submit with ILR in the case of HSMP JR?

Bank statements for 3 months, 6 months, or entire 4 years of being in the UK?

What about utility bills, and salary slips?

This is simply saying that if you applied before Nov 2006, you are covered under JR. JR situation can be of 2 types: 1. if you sent initial HSMP application between Apr and Nov 2006, you have to do 5 years but dont have to do Life in the Uk Test. see page: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk ...

The HSMP approval date is not relevant to this issue. What actually matters is your initial APPLICATION DATE for HSMP. When did you send your initial application? If it was before April 2006, you can still apply for ILR after 4 years of living in the UK. Your HSMP initial application date decides if ...

Is a school absence Penalty Notice a civil judgement?

Hi,

I wish to know whether a Penalty Notice for child's unauthorized absence is a civil judgement or a criminal conviction?

Will this need to be disclosed during ILR application?

If disclosed, could the ILR be refused due to this?
