Spouse's time in UK for ILR?

Dear Friends, I am becoming eligible for ILR by end of June 2010. However, I have a question about my wife's eligibility: I got married in April 2008 in India and my wife has joined me in UK after 2 weeks of marriage (May 2008). She went to India in Jan 2009 and stayed there for 3 month (for her ...

Thanks Pierotts95!!

It quite clear from point 58 that anyone on erstwhile Work Permit and now Tier-2 (ICT) before 6 April 2010 are eligible for settlement as anyone else in Tier 1.

Thanks again for clarifying this with documents from UKBA.

Thanks John! It makes absolute logical sense for UKBA to accept PDF, but there are discrepancies on their part when it comes to practice. One of my friend who applied for ILR at Croydon PEO; he had PDF pf P-60 which the officer didn't accept. Luckily he had original P-45 that his employer gave when ...

Is PDF copy of P-60 Valid for ILR?

Dear Friends,

I am due for ILR in 3 months time and wanted to get one query answered by you all experienced folks.

My employer provides PDF (electronic) copy of P-60 issued by HMRC.

My question is: Is this PDF version of P-60 acceptable for ILR application?

Thanks for your responses in advance!!
