I prefer new refresh application instead of going for appeal.

By my experience.. my appeal was failed..

You already have chances to re-make a new application..

if you can afford ..please go for new refresh application...

They(the case worker) will not hold any applicatin this time..

To reiterate previous advice, you can't get citizenship without first gaining settlement (indefinite leave to remain - ILR). If you are deemed 10 years legal by the court you may be eligible to apply for this. After gaining this and a specified time you will be eligible to apply for citizenship ...
