IMO you can make a PBS Tier 1 application from within UK once u have entered as a dependant. However you will be then treated as an independant entity and will not be able to apply for ILR at the same time as your spouse.
Pls consider all implications before making an application.

Hi Volkan, Regarding the date when u can apply for ILR, u can apply for ILR on or after 21st May 2010. Your wife can be included as a dependant on ur ILR application. Regarding the point you have stated above: (d) The applicant and the Relevant Points Based System Migrant must have been living ...

Clarification

Just to clarify I was working with the 1st employer till Sept 09. It was only when I received the Certificate of sponsorship number did I quit that job.
