indefinite to be transfered

hi everyone,

i will like to hear from you all, it regarding indefinite i about to send my my indefinte to be transfere on my new passport but the only problem i have i dont know how long it take before home office to reply.

what i meant is that when i got my idefinite i never had a passport so they send on A4 paper , so im asking now do i have to transfere it to my new passport which i have now, or i can travel with it like that

WHAT I MEANT IS THAT, I HAVE INDEFITE LEAVE TO REMAIN IN MY CONGOLESE PASSPORT, BUT MY MUM AND BROTHER AND SISTER ARE BRITISH. can someone please help me!
i will like to know how long it take for home office to reply, because i want to transfere my indefinite in my passport so i can travel for december but people tell me it take about 6months to reply if i do it by post.

how long does the visa valid for?? Usually three months. is it multy entries????? Pot luck. If lucky you might get a two year multi entry (still subject to 90 days in 180 rule) but if it's a first app u'd be very fortunate to get that. Worst case would be single entry for duration of booked holiday ...

If you are dependant on or are a member of the household of one of your EU national family members and you will be joining them in or accompanying them to France ...

Thats good then. Make sure that this time you do not apply before your sentence is spent. I said 2012, because I thought you got convicted in court in 2007. But probably you got convicted sometimes in 2008. Just make sure you do not apply until 5 years after the date of conviction. :D God, cant ...

im a uk resident with indefinite form congo (RDC), someone just told me that i can travel to switzerland and belguim without a visa is that ok as they say uk resident with indefinite can travel without visa. can some help to give me more information

what was the offence for that you went to court? the reason was that i was working part time at the time and same time was geting benefits never knew that i had to informe the department of work that i was working and that was in 2007 and i worked for about 5months by 2008 i had to present myself ...
