As mentioned by another member, parking tickets are PCN, not FPN. They simply don't count as long as you pay them on time. A friend of mine had dozens of them and got approved. Parking fines are not a reason for refusal of BC, as long as the fines have been paid. Perhaps Londoncitizen's friend has court demands for outstanding overdue parking fines. @ Londoncitizen & Casa. You were outside the UK 5 years ago, and therefore cannot possibly apply now. You returned to the UK on 23/8/2006 and therefore will need to wait until shortly after 23/08/2011 before you apply. My appointment is at Croydon the number is 08706067766. You are more likely to get them if u call seconds before 9.00am. Hope this helps.

Please does anyone know the best time to get an online family appointment for premium service ILR? I am really struggling and could only get single appts. Any help will be appreciated. I will be due to apply by the last week of july. :!:
