York - I am quite sure you are eligible to apply for ILR, i went through a immigration consultant. Because our office had used the same consultant to get my work permit when i first came into UK 5 yrs ago. They charged £ 700. I could have gone by my own too, but i thought its not worth the risk. Hello All,

I got my ILR without any problem. I had of course submitted all paperwork, trying to convince them it was not intentional and it was partly the fault of the Insurance co as well.

Thanks for all the members for advices and suggestions.

Thanks for that, much appreciated. I am eligible for ILR and my company is also happy to sponsor me for Tier 2. However, as mentioned in my 1st post, if i stay in the UK, i dont intend to change job, and i am not keen on the British Citizenship as well. Hence my question, if i have an ILR, and i ...

If you challenge the penalty points and the fine, then you need to go to the court, if you accept the charge, pay the fine and get your license endorsed with points then you dont need to go to the court.
