Do you mind sharing what the other requirements are, aside from the Life in the UK test, the English language requirement ( passed B1 test used it for FLR-M application), and absence limits?

They will update once they dispatch the OCI from Delhi. The staff at VFS Edinburgh told me that usually the OCI will be dispatched in batches, like once in 10-14 days ( it may vary for London/Birmingham). If you are lucky you will get it in 4 weeks, if you miss the batch you may get it in 6 weeks ...

I am also in the same boat, I am Indian citizen, my daughter has British passport we have applied for Entry visa. Did you travel to India with Entry visa? How long it took you to get the Entry visa?

I too find that strange, we both applied at the same time by adding cover letter to process her application after decision on my application.
