We became British citizens 5yrs ago. When we applied for our first visit visa at that time, HCI cancelled our indian passports and returned them to us. Now we want to apply for OCI, So I approached VFS if they can Issue us a surrender certificate. They advise I need to contact HCI as SC is issued ...
