so if i change employer in january, hence file a new tier 2 application, my settlement rights after 5 years wont be affected? i am sure i read some where that all tier 2 visas issued after april 2011 will be treated as a temporary visa i.e no settlement rights after 5 years?

i just received my passport with all the documents i sent, my application has been approved and i should get my BRM card on tuesday.
