What do you mean by "Fiancé or marriage"? Fiancé(e) / spouse are similar routes, depending on marriage location. I meant that should i apply as fiance then once in uk and married apply to change to spouse, or should we get married outside then apply as an spouse? sorry for the confusion!

Unless you have a Batchelors degree taught in English, you'll need to take the new A1 English test with one of the approved providers on the UKBA list. I'm unsure what you mean about 6 months of bank statements as you won't be able to work legally on your fiance visa until after you've been granted ...

Do you actually intend to marry? You seem confused about the 6 month period. You don't have to wait 6 months to marry...you have to marry within 6 months of the visa being issued. You would apply for FLR(M) - Further Leave to Remain after the wedding. Once this has been granted you are able to ...
