Re: ILR refused. Admin Review OR FLR (FP)?

Hello Tirma, I can imagine the kind of pressure you are under tight now. God will see you through. My personal advice is that you need to weigh your options . Your 3c will only continue if you apply for the flr fp before ur current leaves expire. Are you sure the AR result will be positive, I don't ...

Re: ILR refused. Admin Review OR FLR (FP)?

@protagonist8 Sorry for the delayed response. Thank you for the information. In worst case scenario, if HO refuse AR and I apply for FLR (FP) and also file JR, will my previous leave continues? Will I be allowed to continue my employment and business? I request Moderators, seniors to comment on ...

Re: ILR refused. Admin Review OR FLR (FP)?

In the other (now locked thread) I asked the following question: Are you absolutely sure you've been refused under 322(5)? This is: 322(5) It is undesirable to let an applicant stay because of their character, behaviour or associations (including convictions which do not fall within paragraph 322 ...

Re: ILR refused. Admin Review OR FLR (FP)?

FLR(FP) , correction of tax, and JR. Please note that Section 3C will discontinue. If refused, you will get a right of appeal, and the time waiting will count towards ILR, until appeal is decided. This is not a section 3C right, but a concession under the Long Residence, that time when application ...

Hi Tirma, The age you specify at extension is not the current age, but the age at the time of first grant. If you were 39 when you first obtained your Tier1 and claimed 5 points, then at the time of extension you will provide the age 39 (and not 42) and still claim 5 points. If you see the ...

Tier 1 General: Early Application Issue ???

My initial Tier 1 General visa expires on April 2013. After November 2012, I won't get my 5 points for age.

If I apply before November, there will be 6 months short in ILR application.

What should be done in this case?

You all are welcome for good suggestion and hot discussion.

Cheers!

You are given the right to appeal only when the decision (refusal) is reached after expiry of current leave. So, in absence of any valid leave, what do you mean when you say "period of legal status"? regards After refusal, there is a grace period by when I have to leave the country if I wish to go ...

Let's help for those who are doing appeal on refusal. Reasons: (1) Paragraph 75 of Appendix A to the Immigration Rules (Attributes for Tier 1 (General ...
