One more question to the above list

1) Question 7.11 , Do I need to mention my absence before 5 year period count ? Example : I was absent between Oct 2008 and Feb 2010, even though my visa was valid.

I am about to apply for my ILR on a 5 year route I am on Tier 1 general visa, which was valid from Oct 2008. I was out of the country for sometime. I think most of the guys in 3+2 got 3 years for second extension.

I also applied a few months before expiry and did PEO, there were no questions. The end date for new extension will be 3 years from date of applying.

I do agree with Raxs completely.

A question for Chris - If you are ready to pay extra money for a quick feedback, why don't you pay extra money and get a PEO appointment.? I am just trying to be logical here.

Thanks dude. Please highlight the fact that this is fourth increase in last 2 years, see the percentage increase. Also, Tier 1 general route is currently closed and hence this increase is only applicable for people like us who are already paying 1000s of taxes.
