Tier 2 ICT - is there a salary threshold for ILR?

Hi, I tried to check if this question was asked here before. Couldn't find any direct references. I read somewhere that to get an ILR on tier 2, the salary must be £ 35K or more. I entered UK on Tier 2 ICT before April 2010 (August 2009 to be precise) . Does this rule apply me as well? I hope not. ...

Hi, Thanks for the reply. But, I have to travel to India at any cost in november and I guess I am left with no other option. They have given me a local immigration number I can call; I will call them tomorrow and hopefully get my passport in time. Does this mean they can play with my Tier 2 ICT ...
