It got the same thing to me, it took me about 3-4 weeks to get the updated the new name. I was lucky, my council was aware about the issue and they straight put me into the next ceremony as soon as they receive my certificate (which the next day).

Hi guys, just bit confusing. I'm start create an account and filling up the form online which it's taking me few days to complete. and it said with in 10 days after the date of the application must submit all the documents, is when after i make the payment right?

Last thursday, my solisitor tried to booked for my appointment, he told me that the cryodon has 0 available appointment until the 18th March. I would advice try others PEO though.

I had a similar situation. CoS end of Dec, Biomety third week of Jan. Receved Biometr-ic card this week. Still waiting for original passport and documents though. UKBA has clear guidelines for the processing methods but not transparent enough on processing timelines.... and it can be nailbiting ...
