Thank you for that..I had read that from one of your previous posts..From that 2nd point what I get is...He then cannot apply unless I have got british citizenship first. Am I right in thinking this?

We as a family(3) were granted ILR in April 2010. I am hoping to apply for naturalization after the one year period. I was wondering if my husband also will be eligible to apply at the same time or does he have to wait till OCT 2011?. He was on a student visa from Aug 2006-Oct 2008- married Dec 2006 ...
