You mean she should produce her Indian passport while leaving from India at Indian border and then British passport when arrive in UK at UK border ?

Hi mgk_pune,

That's good news, even I got a reply from Dr Shetty that the GBRLI numbers have already exhausted this year and GBRLN is the correct number so I will be applying it tomorrow.

Push@ The number do not have 'I' in it, the Reg number its generating as GBRLN0012345. Is it ok submit with it? I will be making the postal application to London.

mgk_pune@ I did not submit it yet, I emailed to Dr Shetty but did not get any reply yet. I know its painful...

I came to UK on HSMP and did 2 extensions now, I am doing contracting from day 1 (under my limited company) and had no problems in extending my visa. Appoint a good accountant and life will be easy.

Yes as of now you can do as many as extensions to Tier1, you can extend it after a year but need to justify them if they ask you why you are exdending it so early. You will get further extension from the date of your application expiring previous visa. In general cases they grant you visa till ILR ...

If you have not received biometric residence permit then select that option on the form and submit the application, if they want to do biometric again they will let you know.
