Yes, you do need to declare it. CCJ will stay on the registry record for 6 years. Whoever does a credit check will find out about it? Good thing is that he has paid the whole amount. If your enhanced CRB is clear then you have nothing to worry about. So CRB is clean…..Good No Traffic Offences…..Nice I would however advice you check for any County Court Judgment. Was the car registered on your name when the police took it? Did you get any letters from the council for the cost ...
