We sent in my husbands EEA2 application on 09/06/11, received by HO 10/06/11. I'm just wondering if everyone will receive a COA? I think I read somewhere that HO don't always seem to be issuing these for EEA applications... Not that we are expecting to receive a COA for another few weeks or so ...
