The university said they cant give me a CAS due to this 1 Day

Hi all, My visa expires in August 06, and my course starts in Sep 07. therefore violating the rule of 30 days. Does this mean that I have to go back to my country for that 1 Day???? What can I do to stay here and not go back to my country. I am a legitimate Student who got an offer in 2/2 ...
