I've extended my student visa once, Jan. 2009 was the date which my current visa extended from. Now I've changed place of study for one year, do u think I should report to homeoffice again and get a written permission. I am afraid I will have trouble next time when I need to extent my student visa if I don't tell homeoffice I've changed school now.

I changed to a different school to study the same course in Sep. 2010, and I emailed to report my changes to homeoffice in Apr. 2011. I haven't got any reply from homeoffice by email. What should I do now? Do anyone know how will homeoffice send out the written permission? By email or by post ...
