Hello gurus,

If my company has been registered for more than 3 months at the date of application, will UKBA have an issue with this? I'm finding conflicting information about this.

Just FYI I'm making the switch from PSW to Tier 1 Entrepreneur.

I gave my biometrics on 3rd May 2012. And I am still waiting for my file. Lets see how far we have to wait. As it seems they start working the files. They hold the files intentionally i think.

I have heard that its finishing in April but heard that they some extension of 1 month?

Please can any one tell the exact last date for the PSW abolishing?
