i went lloyd tsb bank today and asked them for banker draft payable to home office and she gave me cheque payable to home office so whats difference between them i will apply for set m application next week

yes i passed life in uk test allready so i can apply ilr after 6 oct 2011.and for photographs for set m application do i need same as uk passport size photo

i have spouse visa which will expire at 27.1.2012.and i entered in uk at 6 nov 2009 so when i will be able to apply for ilr and second question photographs for ilr application,where in uk i can take photo for ilr application,thanks
