Thanks for letting me know that if I withdraw my application then i become overstayer. I had no info about this. Really appreciate.
If my application is denied, do I still become overstayer? Or, how many days I have to leave the country?

1. Yes I do get payslips by email but its more like salary statement.
2. I current leave already expired in July 2011.

i work on contract basis and mostly outside UK. I dont have a registered company so in application have mentioned as employed.
