Just to let every body know my wife recieved an email for her british citizenship application after one week from ukba saying that they have recieved the application and it will be processed .... they have just taken the money from account but we have not recieved any letter yet .....

I want to know if there is any risk I am taking in this way is there ...

so you mean if I send the FLR(M) form now just before expiry on 13 of December in what date she is eligible to apply for ILR,
and what is the process to vary the application...

yes we are making a postal application . the other funny thing was when we were filling in the application we just realised she needs English language test not life in the UK test, and she only had the life in the UK certificate, when we called UKBA they said without the English language test your ...
